| Minnesota Swimming has reached Level 3 of USA Swimming's LSC Evaluation & Achievement Program (LEAP). This is the highest level of the program. The LEAP assessment demonstrates LSC effectiveness and success in four key areas: Business and Organizational Success Volunteer Development Club and Coach Development Athlete Development
