2025 Minnesota Swimming Election Nomination Form and Process
The Minnesota Swimming Nominating Committee's charter is to present a slate of candidates for the election of Board officers to the Minnesota Swimming House of Delegates. To identify a set of diverse of candidates from across the state, and from various backgrounds and teams, we are seeking recommendations from the community for people who should be considered for these positions or from those who would like to self-nominate.
Please use the Nomination Form Link below to recommend either yourself or someone else for open positions on the Board of Directors. The election will be conducted at the April 2025 House of Delegates meeting. Positions on the ballot include: General Chair, Finance Vice Chair, Senior Vice Chair, Junior Athlete Representative, Junior Coach Representative, Officials Chair, Safe Sport Chair, Technical Planning Chair, Operational Risk and Safety Chair, and At-Large Athlete Board Representatives (2).
Recommendations/self-nominations will be accepted and due by 6:00pm January 12, 2025, at which time the Nominating Committee will follow-up with additional questions before scheduling interviews with you or your recommended candidate(s).
